Elite and performance teams:
Wednesdays & Sundays 8pm-10pm
Competitive team:
Sundays 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.
Season format
The group will be split into 3 separate teams, each training on their own pitch with assigned coaches twice a week.
Each team will consist of 14-16 players chosen during the selection process in early September. A full-season time and financial commitment will be required.
The two highest level teams will participate in the Quebec Cup and the National Championship. Note that playing time will be at the discretion of the coaches according to performance in training in order to achieve the highest performance during these competitions.
We are currently looking for some players in our different programs! Register for a selection in January.
Coaches & Competitions
Our team of coaches is headed by several high-level ex-athletes and will allow athletes to train to perform during competitions. The teams evolve in an atmosphere of healthy internal competition as well as friendly off the field.
