– born between October 1, 2004 and December 31, 2006
– with mastery of basic volleyball skills

Program Objectives

  • Improve ball control and develop proper technique
  • Develop physical conditionning
  • Form a competitive team to challenge regional clubs and teams


From September 23, 2018 to May 31, 2019
2 pratices per week

  • Thursdays 18h00 to 20h00 – Lanaudiere School – 4300 Lanaudiere St, Montreal H2J 3N9
  • Sundays* 16h00 to 18h00 – William-Hingston Sport Center, 419 rue Saint Roch, Montreal

*Except October 8, April 21 et May 19
Winter break from December 23 to January 5 inclusively
March Break: March 3 to 9


3 tournaments + friendly matches – dates to be determined


$680 payable in 3 installments of $227 due:

  • at the second practice attended in the month of September
  • December 2
  • March 10


  • 2 practices per week for 33 weeks
  • Registration to tournaments
  • Affiliation to Volleyball Quebec and accident insurance
  • Participation in the ‘ Saute et Frappe’ program by Volleyball Québec – includes one full day of training coached and mentored by members of the Canadian National team on november 17th alongside young athletes from all accross the province
  • Everton practice jersey
  • Match uniform lent by the club
